If you are a singer, performer, music student, pro teacher, actor, dancer, or early childhood educator living in Canberra or Queanbeyan, you know the challenge: balancing a love for the creative arts with flexible, well-paying work that actually brings you joy. At Lucy Sparkles & Friends ACT, we believe you shouldn't have to choose between pursuing your artistic passion and earning a great living. We are currently expanding our team across Canberra and Queanbeyan, bringing music, dance, and drama into local Early Learning Centres (ELCs), preschools, shopping centres, and party venues... If you’re looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same, here is why joining the "Sparkles" team might just be the best career move you make this year.

2. Unmatched Flexibility for Performers, Students, and Parents
Whether you’re studying at ANU or UC, auditioning for theatre productions, or balancing family life, our scheduling works around your availability. Most classes run during weekday morning hours at local ELCs or on weekends for birthday parties—leaving your afternoons and evenings completely open.

We’ve got you covered:Fully Prepared Curricula: Access established, EYLF-aligned lesson plans for early childhood music, dance, and drama. Props & Instruments Included: We supply all the ukuleles, percussion instruments, parachutes, and OMG props you need.
